I have an item that may need to ship in the priority express tube.

I have never used one of these USPS tubes before.  I do know there is an additional $4 charge for extended length, and I don't believe that will be an issue.   Tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated, for a new re-seller.

The free triangular "tube" comes in two lengths.  The shorter one, about 26 inches, will incur a $4 surcharge; the longer one, about 38 inches, has a surcharge of $15 when shipped via Priority or Priority Express and $7 via Ground Advantage.

Since the free tubes are branded Priority Mail they cannot be shipped with Ground Advantage service. FYI @pandorastreasurechest . If the item you're shipping isn't that long, you can cut the box down in length to avoid the surcharge.

If you have more shipping questions let us know - don't know what types of "tips and tricks" you're looking for.

Oops, of course not!  I got sidetracked by my concern about the different surcharges. By the time I got to the end of the sentence, I forgot that I was talking about the Priority boxes.
