I have an SR number but can't contact a live agent, just doing circles around the automated system

During the big shipping app issue I had to purchase shipping labels directly from USPS. I was told I would get a refund for the shipping I paid for in app and the difference from the discount. The number I used before now just results in being hung up on. How do I contact a live agent to get my refund? I have tried several ways through the automated system, but it always results in being led to articles that have nothing to do with how to get the refund I was promised.

During business hours you can have them contact you.  Go to help & contact section near bottom of page, then contact us near bottom of page again.  type operator in the chat that pops up and the option to have them call you should appear

If you were direct dialing an eBay phone number chances are very highly likely it was a scam number.

So don't rely on anything they told you.

Next time, just use PirateShip when you are in a jam. Same pricing as the eBay discounted price.

You need to start your own post, not post on a topic that has nothing to do with your issues. This is NOT eBay, we are other  buyers and seller so have NO way of knowing where your package is.
