I don't offer "save on shipping if you buy multiple items" and someone just bought multiple items

$50 each for the items and I was going to use priority mail and charge $9.45 each, but it feels silly using multiple envelopes and just enriching the USPS.  Is there any way I can "refuse" the extra postage payments from eBay and ship them in one envelope (they are tickets and are very lightweight)?  Or somehow make it up to the buyer?

Thanks for your help here!  It is appreciated.

You can always go to the order in your Seller Hub and use the drop-down menu to partially refund your buyer. Know that the FVFs won't be reversed on the refunded amount... you might want to figure that in. Good luck.

could you walk me through the steps?  I'd like to do that, not too concerned about the buck or so it will cost.

Thanks!!!
