I don’t know if my order has shipped

So I ordered a package on Wednesday 13th, and it is currently the 16th, and it states that all that has happened is the payment. The seller has 100% positive feedback, and has been on eBay since 2004. All the reviews say that their package arrived extremely fast. I’m not worried about if it’s a scam or not, and the estimated time is the 21st, so I’m not worried about it arriving late, I’m just curious if a package can be shipped without it ever saying on eBay that it’s been shipped? I haven’t been able to find the answer to my question anywhere so that’s why I’m asking.

Sellers are not required to supply or even use tracking numbers.   Don't worry, your protected.  Yes, if the seller buys shipping through eBay then eBay marks it shipped. However, if they take it to the shipper or buys from the shipper's site, the seller has to mark it and add the tracking number themselves.  Some might not know how or where you do that.

Just sit tight your sellers sounds good so I don't see a problem.

Did you contact the seller?
At least when is the update about the end of the pursuit? where is? Have you checked?
I think your address is correct. This is reflected in the seller's receipt.
Finally, contact your local post office.

The delivery estimate of  21st may be based on the seller having three business day handling time. They could mail it Monday and it could still arrive on time.  I wouldn't be worried. Just open an INR claim on the 22nd if it has not arrived by then.

If the seller has a 3 day handling time in the listing, then please wait patiently for the seller to ship the item. The third business day would be on Monday.  It's very possible that the seller set their listings to 3 day handling because they could be away for Easter Week or Spring Break with the family. I doubt the seller would ship the item out without a tracking number. They may have forgotten to upload the tracking number. However, if they have shipped the item already then they should have a tracking number. However, I think the seller is just away for a few days for Easter & that is why they set the listing handling time to 3 days.

Why suggest that the OP contact the seller?

The last estimated delivery date is the 21st.

The OP's address makes no difference in this case.

Why suggest contacting the local PO?

Sellers are not required to use tracking.  The PO is not required to update tracking.  

So far, nothing here has happened that is a problem.  The OP needs to wait patiently for his package, secure in the knowledge that he's protected by the MBG if his package does not arrive by the day after its last estimated delivery date.
