I bought an item on December 03 I paid immediately through Paypal, the seller has not yet sent the article, I have written in 4 oprtunidades and he has never answered me, what should I do to recover my money, I cancel the Order or I say that I have not received the product. Thank you

Stop hounding the seller!

All that need concern you are the estimated delivery dates shown on the listing.

If you don't have your item a few days after the last date, you can open an INR case.

Yep, all you need to do is wait past the last estimated delivery date. Read ebay's Money Back Guarantee. And, you cannot cancel an order as a buyer. You can request a cancellation, but that's it.

Sellers are not required to get tracking are mark the item as shipped. You wont know for sure it hasnt been shipped unless the seller says "i havent shipped".  Some dont use a postal service that tracks at all. Be patient as the other responder said
