was no longer highlighted. I went to classic view, the my sold items, selected the two items, and at the top was combine shipping and it would not highlight to select. I ended up just shipping one item at the increased weight and put both items in the package and refunded the difference. I then thought I could just upload the tracking number to both (thought I have done this in the past) and it said tracking number is already in use. Very aggravating. I ended up uploading the tracking number on PayPal but who knows what that will do and hit "item shipped" on eBay for the second item. If my buyer is honest hopefully it will be fine, if not luckily it's a cheap item. The point is I just don't get why I have done the combine shipping procedure many times before and now it's not working. Anyone else or is it me? Thanks for any help / reading my venting! \
Also, I do not require immediate payment and ask buyers to request invoice for combined shipping, this is working but rarely do they actually do this!

Thank you! This is what happened I can't believe I overlooked the username differences. Luckily these are low cost items but I am hoping it will still work out ok but glad I know for the future and that I now understand what the issue was.
