I cannot offer more than one shipping option

Hi all, I'm having an issue with shipping. I can never offer more than one shipping option regardless of what I am selling. When setting up shipping options, I use flat rate, and I try to offer both economy shipping and priority shipping (USPS). However, when I finish revising my item listing, only the first option I select is ever offered to buyers.  Basically, I can select both services, but only the first service in the list ever shows up on my item's page. So i can offer economy or priority shipping, but not both. Changing the carrier does not change anything. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening? Apologies in advance if I am missing something. Thank you!

Are you trying to list with the eBay app on your phone? If so, you may want to create a template on a PC to set up your shipping options. I just checked and I am able to add a service with both the basic listing tool and the business listing tool on my PC using flat rate shipping.

I see two shipping options in this recent listing (Fanshen):

That is very strange. Whenever I view my shipping options, it only shows one method. Would you be willing to take a look at this listing?

If you happen to see priority mail on this one, I will go ahead and solve this thread as a graphical glitch on my end. For some reason the shipping options only shows Economy when I check my own listing. Thank you very much for your help.

eBay started not showing both when it does not make sense to pay the big money.

It is now showing the most logical choice coming to your location.

Change your zip, and you may then see both.

Not a glitch. Operator error with an assist from ebay

I see both options. As noted in the other post, eBay has a weird new-ish policy in which they won't show shipping options that cost more and don't save time (at least, not according to eBay's own secret formula for deliver time). So it makes sense that when shipping to your own ZIP Code, Priority Mail might not be faster than Media Mail.

Maybe something has changed in the last few months? When I list several options for shipping only the first one shows in the ad, but when I open the shipping and payment window I see them all. I just relisted something to check, the first choice which is higher $'s shows when you open the ad and both show when you open that window.

Some will see both, some will not. It depends upon the price/delivery estimated time difference.

When I offer 2 choices I do the same as you, offering the lower one 1st.  As noted by another poster, whichever one is 1st is what is seen before digging in.  High shipping in search may result in potential buyers passing on even looking at an item.
