I can't get local pickup off one of my listings. How I fix?

This issue only started happening when eBay changed the business policy page.

IDK it's prob an easy fix, but I can't figure it out. I've toggled on and off multiple times. Doesn't go away.

Your business policy does not have local pickup enabled.

Your listing does show local pickup.

You verified you're looking at the business policy tied to that listing?

Did I get that right?

If yes, are all listings tied to that policy affected or just the one listing?

If just the one listing, I would assign a different biz policy to that listing, save changes, then revise again to the original policy and save changes.

If it's all listings, I would edit the biz policy, turn local pickup on. Save changes.

Then I'd create a new policy with the same settings but without local pickup. I would not use the "copy" function and risk pulling in corrupt data. Then I would assign the new policy to those listings. Then I would delete the original policy.

Wasn't actually the issue, but I figured it out.

Anyways... Apparently, my issue was I was using the same Payment policy and I wasn't aware that if you Disable Local Pickup on the shipping policy, it is ignored if your payment policy still offers cash.

So I had to create a new payment policy without cash and it went away.

I still think that's bad design by eBay.

haha OK because payment policy was going to be my next suggestion. Good to hear you figured it out.
