I brought a Two items from the same seller Monday  and I still haven’t heard any updates on shipping My order hasn’t been shipped yet. I tried to contact the seller all this week with no response now I would like to cancel my order. Could my order been shipped but they didn’t mark it as shipped what should I do.

You left out some important information.  What is the last estimated delivery date?

There is no eBay requirement that the seller ship immediately.

There is no eBay requirement that the seller answer your questions.

Yes, your order could have been shipped.  

You saw the estimated delivery date when you bought the item.  Evidently that date was satisfactory to you.

Now you need to be patient and await the arrival of your purchase.

While waiting, how about reading eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, seen in every listing?

You can ask the seller to cancel, but he is not required to do so.

If they don't answer you, you can file an Item Not Received case one day past the estimated delivery date... if it hasn't arrived, that is.
