I dont understand how I got charged for shipping for something that didnt even ship. I asked for a refund before it was shipped and they still charged me $15 for shipping something that never shipped. How do I get the full refund?
If you go to the top of eBays page to help & contact type in help with purchase and at the very bottom of the pages you will see a "have us call you" click on that and they will cal you back and help you get it resolved
