my dear ones! I am from Austria - waiting for a shipment from UK. the only system my tracking number is in is Royal Mail, and the last info is:
Tracking no. RN446515683GB
Your item has been delivered to your nominated collection point on 19-12-2018 and it's now ready for you to collect.
but Royal Mail can´t tell me where to go - Austrian post don´t have it in the system and GLS (partner in Austria) also don´t have it in the system. IF it should be at customs I would get an info. but nothing at all. don´t know what to do.
