I am getting a weird message when attempting to print shipping labels.

Invalid reprint request. Mismatching Partner User ID

Has anyone else gotten this message? I tried using a different browser and clearing my history but am still having the same issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you are referring to printing eBay shipping labels?

Sounds like an internal issue possibly involving eBay/Pitney Bowes/Paypal where something has broken (billing info transmission, label info transmission), or a stupid unscheduled maintenance event with no warnings, etc.

Of course it's Friday night and the start of the weekend, with skeleton crews, no eBay presence in the forums, etc.

Type of problem you pretty much just have to wait out, I'm sure they are aware of it, give it a few hours.

My printer is a piece of **bleep** and all 15 of my shipping labels need reprinting. I got that exact same message and was thinking there was something with my computer, but now I see it's a ebay issue. They need to get it figured out, I guess I'm going to get slammed by my buyers. Has anyone called Ebay? I tried but I have no patience for hold.

Yes, I as well. On Saturday AM about 7 AM. Interstingly, I printed 2, no problem, then the third label did not print, and I got the error message. And I'm still waiting, almost 2 hours later....

I can purchase the label but then it crashes and I go to reprint then I get invalid response and no matching partner ID.  Sounds like some issue between eBay and USPS web addresses.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else! Ughhh 😞 Has anyone tried to void and reprint? The one I am having an issue with is a priority label so I'm trying not to void unless I know it's going to work the second time.

Called CS and they helped void the label- I'll wait 24 hours, sure hope it worked.

I also tried to void it out and it wouldn't allow me to, and that was this morning.

I got the same message, was able to go into my private email and reprint.  I do shipping labels on my phone and then have it sent to my private email.  Luckily because I have been doing this for sometime, I was able to reprint my label this morning.
