Good morning, hey I have a problem, I hope you can help me.

It happens that a few days ago I bought 2 different items from the same seller, he sent them in a single package. However when I arrived I realized that one of the articles I asked for wrong. Then I started the return process for each package because I thought it should be because he sent them in a single box.

I returned the items and he sent me the replacements. Everything is right there. The problem comes when only using a return label, eBay charges me for the item that the seller sent as a replacement to the I not returning the one I ordered wrong. (Thing I did return). It only appears that I returned an item, when I returned the 2.

I was in contact with the seller, but it does not give me a solution, and my problem does not appear on ebay, because the case closed about 5 days ago. I don't know what to do and it seems unfair to pay for something that I returned.

What did the seller say when you contacted him/her?
Did you also receive a refund? If you were overcharged, contact ebay and explain the situation. If both items were sent in the same package and your returned both items in one package, then there shouldn't have been a issue.

If both items were sent in the same package and your returned both items in one package, then there would have been a issue. That's because each of those items must be returned with its own tracking number, regardless the seller sent all of them in a single, combined package.

Can I return more than one item in a single return?
You may only return multiple items if you purchased a multi-quantity item from the same transaction. If not, then you must initiate a return for each item individually.
