Please assure us that you do not really believe such a message would be effective.
eBay does not set shipping costs. eBay also does not set import charges.

You want ebay to tell USPS and UPS and DHL and Fedex how much to charge for shipping?
And, You want ebay to tell countries like the UK and Australia how much they can charge for import fees?
How exactly would that work?
I mean, I don't like it when somebody tells me how much I should charge for my stuff.....

Ebay does not have that power. You do have the power to not pay import duties by simply buying items in the USA only. That is exactly what I do on all of my accounts. Guess what, postal rates will go out again around Christmas time. Then they go down a bit and then they will go up again in January 2023.

I know a guy who voted with his feet
supposedly he was so upset with German customs that he moved to Spain since it was easier to deal with all of the purchases he was making. I used to ship to both of his homes
I asked my insurance agent when I was in Philadelphia PA how to lower my car insurance
she said move, and I am so happy I did

That sounds great, but not all of us have that option.
