I purchased a shipping label fir an item that I sold. The customer requested for the item to be shipped via priority mail envelope. The item would not fit in an envelope, so I put the item in a small box and mailed it priority. I had to pay postage at the post office and need to know how to cancel the label that I purchased but didn't use.
