The customer has paid for the shipping label through USPS but they said it's too big for them to ship. Could someone please help me.

First, the shipping is set up wrong- it shows $87 from GA to NV, which is wrong. So, if your 'buyer' only paid that or less, YOU will be paying the balance.
Contact YRC Freight and plan on putting it on a pallet (Find one) and taking to them. Probably around $300-$500 to ship depending on location.
An item that size you needed to research how/who/what you were going to 'ship' it BEFORE listing it. In reality, it should've been listed 'pick up only' (being sure to put that in the title as most think everything here ships)

Your listings are at up incorrectly. That surge suppressor show one available, but you indicate that there are nine. And $5 shipping to Ohio isn’t going to cover your costs.
my advice - take down all of your listings until you fix the issues.

Stairmaster is 63 x 34 x 83 and weighs 646 lbs.
The last sofa I shipped was 84 x 36 x 36 and weighed 150lbs and cost $500 from CT to FL using UShip. That was in 2020 or 2021. I had been paying $350 coast to cost but in 2018 prices started creeping up. I was interested in a claw foot tub last year but the freight charge was $800.
You're going to fall out when you get some freight estimates.
FedEx Freight, Plycon, Craters and Freighters, UShip.....

No matter how you spin this, if you continue with this sale, you will be losing money big time.
Not sure where that shipping fee came from, but, as you've discovered, it was woefully incorrect.
Suggest you cancel that transaction. You will take a severe hit, but that's one item that needed to be listed as local pickup only.

It's going to take more than one " forever" stamp to mail that stairmaster...

Parcel select ground is for items UNDER 70lbs.
How did you input the weight and size when listing?
The buyer pays YOU the shipping costs...NOT USPS.
You pay for the shipping.

You basically don't ship a used stairmaster. Sell it only for cash locally.

Whenever you sell a large item you should list as pick up only. Large items are too hard to ship and the cost is very high. When you list as pick up only people in your area will bid and then they will pick it up so you won't have the problem of shipping such a large item.

How about taking it apart so you can put in several boxes?

Hey @debrol_24. It appears you're new to this so the best suggestion I can offer regarding shipping is to know exactly how it will ship before you even think about listing it for sale. Know the final package dimensions and weight, what service to use and if there will be any surcharges, etc. If you have questions come here and ask before you list.
If someone makes an error and undercharges for shipping, the general advice is to ship anyway, take the hit and learn the lesson. But we're not talking a $20 mistake here, we're talking several hundred at least, probably more than you got for the item.
Unless you can easily afford to take that kind of loss and ship freight (and risk the possibility of a not as described claim whereby you'll owe the buyer a full refund on top of losing the freight ship costs), I would cancel the stair master sale and take the out of stock defect. Yes, it's one of the worst type of defects your account can suffer, but it will age off in a year and as long as you don't have to cancel another sale for being out of stock, you'll live through the one defect to sell another day.
Apologize to the buyer for the mix up.
If you relist here on eBay, offer local pickup only and as someone else said - put PICKUP ONLY in the listing title.
