Greetings.
How can I purchase first-class labels online?
I'd like to sell used PS2, PS3, etc. video games of low value and ship them via USPS first-class shipping.
What service or website do you use to purchase and print USPS first-class labels?
Thank you.

I don't think video games can be shipped via first class mail.
First class mail is for envelopes with a stamp.
You need to use Ground Advantage which has replaced the First Class package services.
You can use priority mail as well though it costs a lot more.
Once you make sale you can use ebays shipping center to buy postage at a discounted rate.

You will have to use USPS Ground Advantage. You'll be spending $4-$5 to ship one game.
The most efficient way to sell low value games is to do bundles of 2 or 3. You won't pay much more in shipping and the buyer feels like they are getting a good deal since you pass your shipping savings on to them. I try to group them by theme when I sell them.

USPS did away with First Class packages when Ground Advantage come along.

First Class still exists. I always receive first-class packages, and in fact, I received another one yesterday.
The fact that it doesn't exist on eBay as a shipping option is another matter.

Hey @chacaritax . If you are shipping just the discs in a cardboard mailer without the case then you can ship as a non-machinable first class letter. Learn more about package types here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/usps-fedex-ups-package-types?id=4864
You can either apply postage stamps or buy (untracked, uninsured) labels from stamps.com when shipping letters.
You cannot ship them as First Class Large Envelope (Flats) because they are rigid.
To ship as a non-machinable letter they have to fall within letter dimensions and be uniformly thick. This is why only discs without a case will qualify. Cartridges do not qualify. Discs in cases do not qualify.
If you are shipping discs in cases or cartridges then physically they will be classified as packages, not letters, and the cheapest service is USPS Ground Advantage. You can buy those labels here on eBay. Video games do not qualify for Media Mail.

The only 1st class options are Letter(regular envelope under 1/4" thick) and Flat(large envelope under 3/4" thick). Envelopes under 1/4" thick but not flexible enough to meet standards can be sent as non-machinable letters, flats that are too stiff must be sent Ground Advantage. Each of these are untracked and are paid for by using stamps (or stamps.com) or buying postage at the PO. Everything else must go Ground Advantage or Priority.
If you are selling just the disks w/o case you could use non machinable letter, but they're untracked and slower than normal mail.
