Hello:
I want to send 'prepaid my return shipping address' to the buyer through eBay. The reason for it, it's a missing part and the buyer went to eBay for 'full-refund' which I accepted.
When I clicked and attempted to print, only I see is 'Started Return' at the left corner of Return-process. There is NO 'Prepaid my Return Shipping Address' for me to print and send the buyer.
How to send 'Prepaid my return shipping address' to the buyer?
