I missed a flaw that was hidden inside a pair of flannel lined jeans and I told the buyer that I would pay return shipping. Is there an easy approved way to do this through Ebay?
I did think that I might be able to just print and pay for a second label through the regular shipping section and reverse the addresses but this seems like a backwards way to do it.

Have them go to the Resolution Center (at bottom of page) and open a Not As Described return. Once they open it, you will be able to have Ebay send them a return shipping label.
Don't send the refund until you get the item back.

Thanks for the helpful response. I seem to remember a long time ago that "Item not as described" claims filed were problamatic for seller ratings but did Ebay change that as long as the whole thing gets resolved?

As far as I know, as long as you and the buyer handle the return without getting Ebay involved, it doesn't cause any problems.
If Ebay has to step in and decide the case, you would get a defect, they would refund the buyer with your money and the buyer would probably get to keep the item.

This just happened to me and I received a message from E-Bay and it told me that I needed to send a return label to my buyer.
It told me to click on the " see return details " link that was included in the message I received.
I did that and nowhere was there anything that I could request a customer return label.
I have been looking for a how to do it but have had no luck.
I called E-Bay last night and the woman told me the label was auto sent to the customer but I haven't seen that or been charged for one.
