How to send a return label?

Hi, new seller and first time return.

I had a request for a return and when I approved it a was offered an option to purchase a shipping label that would get sent to the buyer. 

However, the buyer said they didn’t get it and when I got to my returns it doesn’t show the shipping label anywhere or an option to add one. 

How do I find the one I supposedly bought when I refunded the buyer or buy one and send it to them?

If you refunded the buyer already, that closed the case and you won't be able to send a label through the return.

You'll have to buy a label outside of Ebay and send it to them if you want the item back.
