Hi,
I've asked this question before , but different situation. I have a customer returning 1 item, and wants to reorder something else but wants me to pay return shipping on the 2 item if it does not fit.
When she puts in the return for the 2 item, is there an option for me to send her a prepaid shipping label?

The only way you can pay for an eBay issued return label is if your buyer chooses a Defective or not as described reason for return. You don't get a defect if you accept the return and refund the buyer after the return is delivered.
Otherwise, for a Does not fit reason the buyer has to pay for the return label.
But if you don't want the stigma of a not as described return, you can try swapping the sender and recipient addresses at:
Then email the PDF file to the buyers email address shown in the PayPal transaction Details page.

Hi Tweety, I have answered this question for you before.
If you can issue a return label through a return case then do so and if not then use the method in the above post.
But this case sounds like you and the buyer want to arrange an exchange, not a return. Do you have your return policies set up for exchanges? It makes it much easier to work out with the buyer. If the buyer hasn't purchased the re-order / 2nd item yet then set up your return/exchange policies before they do:
