Hello all,
I am in return process as a buyer with an order.
The request for return it was accepted, but the first message from eBay system it was :
The seller can't send a return postage label.
I requested via messaging system to create a shipping label because the seller is responsible with shipping return process. I am doing right ? What is next step ?
I'm from Europe and seller is from USA. I'am afraid that if I send using my shipping method the buyer will refuse to pay the transport. I already lose some money with faulty item, if I pay the return exist the possibility to lose more too. How can I avoid this ?

Iterm received by the seler. Refund accepted also by the seller. In paypal account I noticed my total amount spent in refunding process.
For the custom office they don't know how to proceed with refund for paid duties (I think I will acquire same type of product and I will pay only the difference for customs duties).
I that case the only lost for me is 30$ for return process. I asked seller to send this value. Now I will wait for 2 days.
Any advice ? Thanks again.
