There is a customer with a non secure account, and eBay asked me not to ship the goods to him. However, he initiated a payment dispute and I agreed. However, I am not aware that the factory had already shipped the goods before I agreed. I contacted the logistics company to return the goods, but it was not effective. Next time don't agree to refund through the payment dispute unless you're sure your logistics warehouse hasn't shipped.

If the chargeback is because the card owner didn't recognize the transaction, then tracking with delivery would have been enough to cover you.

Sorry, there's no option once you prematurely refund or agree to refund through a dispute.
