Hi,
Customer purchased 4 items. He wants them combined into one package. I mistakenly chose to "combine" when printing the label as I thought it would combine them into one label/package....but I got four labels. Is there any way to correct this without paying twice?

Did the buyer request combined shipping invoice for items in the cart ? And did you have combined shipping setup to allow the request invoice for buyers when they place the items in the cart? Did the buyer pay for all for items at once ?

Hi, no he didn't need the invoices combined, just requested one package. I didn't realize I could have combined shipping setup somehow to allow that. They paid for the items individiually.

I guess I could just use one of the labels for the combined package.

Sorry, realized I can't do that as the weight would be incorrect.

No problem . those things happen . the only option is to void the labels for refund and print out a new one.

Even though paid separately, if you selected all the items in the shipping hub, it should have only printed a single label to put them all in the same package, but without any shipping cost adjustments. This should have been the case even if you did not have combined payments enabled. So not sure what went wrong.
