I bought things in Korea
I purchased a Dyson Refurbishment cleaner, some of the components contained parts from other models and I asked the seller to return or exchange it, but I did not receive it and asked eBay to open the case (I also received a return label)
However, it took a long time to travel from Korea to the US, and it took time to close the case.
I just decided to use things, but there was a problem.
The product that was going to the seller stopped in the middle, and the case was closed in the meantime.
I want to bring this stuff back (I do not want to return it).
How can I request shipping again (as the address I sent)?
