How to reprint shipping label without paying for it again?

I printed a shipping label through eBay and paid for it. Unfortunately before I could attach it to the package, my dog destroyed it. I want to reprint the label but eBay wants to charge me again. How do you reprint a label without having to pay for it again? I haven't even attached the label to the package.

If you waited to long all you can do is void the old label (it can take about 30 days for a refund since the USPS will want to make sure the label isn't used) and pay and print a new one. If you realize right away you can go to https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay to reprint them.
