I got a Paypal INR (very rare) for an international purchase. My guess is because the purchase was over 2 months ago. Anyway, I used the ebay standard international delivery... you know with those ESUS___ tracking numbers. This tracking here https://www.trackmyshipment.co/shipment-tracking/ESUS20529461 shows that the item was delivered in July 17.

In the Paypal respond field to enter tracking number, I have to choose the carrier. The choices are UPS, USPS, FedEX, Airborne Express, DHL Express, Other. Is DHL Express the same as DHL eCommerce Parcel Priority (what is shown in that tracking page)? Because when I go to DHL Express website and enter the ESUS tracking, it shows up as invalid. I don't want to lose this INR just because I made the wrong shipper choice. I tend to have very little faith in choosing "Other" in general. Has anyone done "Other" before and won the INR?

Sorry I have no idea what the answer is.

Just had a thought..if you click on the tracking number on eBay, is there a place to click to see an alternative tracking number for that carrier? For example, the gsp tracking number changes to a Canada post number at some point but I think that you have to click on a link to see that number. It’s been a while since I’ve received a gsp parcel so I’m not remembering right and I don’t know of international delivery works in a similar way.

I searched the web and found this site to track eBay International Standard shipping

It gives a lot more information then the eBay site does.

Yes I know that site and http://www.trackmyshipment.co Both the site you found and the one I showed (actually also in my OP) show the package was delivered. But does PayPal recognize those as valid tracking sites?

And is DHL Express the same as DHL eCommerce Parcel? I have to indicate a carrier name is DHL Express is an option.
