eBay's tracking information usually lags that of the carriers, but not by more than a day. The eBay record of tracking should soon reflect that it has been delivered.
After delivery, the seller has 5 business days to refund.
Depending on your original payment method, the refund may take up to 30 days to post with your original payment method.
