long story short the package sent to ebays ISD Center in NJ did not make it, was returned before getting to ebay ... how can I resend package without having to buy another International label ... ebay never got the item so it technically the ESUS label has not been used, just the USPS part ... can I just buy a USPS label to ebays ISD center in NJ and attach the ESUS info to it?
