I have sold an Item to a buyer in Australia for 40$. Now he is asking me to put a value of 10$ on the package when I send it to him due to the customs rules in his country. I can't find a way to put any price for the item on the shipping label. Is this feature availble? and If not, is there any other way to comply with this request?

I think that you are forgetting that a seller is actually making the declaration on behalf of the buyer. So, it would be the buyer who is committing perjury.

The person who actually signs commits the act of perjury. Why he is doing it is irrelevant.

It is called Perjury. You are required to sign the form under oath stating that everything on the form is true and accurate. Since the value is understated then the information is not true and accurate.

Perjury.
No need to get all weird about it - print the label in Ebay and it will come out as an international shipping label with the customs info - including the price paid for it - right on the label. Done!

Australia has a very high threshhold before they charge customs fees. It's $1,000.
There's no reason to falsify the customs document.
