How to process a refund when returned shipping was not done through the eBay system

Buyer decided to return a clothing item that did not fit. She did not have access to a computer printer so she bought postage through the post office and mailed the item herself  without using the  eBay postage label. Ebay will not allow for me to complete a refund because the items is not recorded  as  being delivered. Is there a work around for this?

Yes they will. There's a link on the return that says "refund the buyer now" - bottom right of page.

Only refund after getting the item back.
