I want to return one pair of boots that I bought them last month.But after long time waitting,my case was closed!So much bad even I didn't get anything!How to open the case again ?Please help me!Thank u so much.
You can’t reopen a closed case. If a seller hadn’t responded to your request then you should have asked ebay to step in once that option was available.If you paid with PayPal and the boots were not as described you can file a claim through PayPal.
