Your website states that I can not get paid until June 15th because there is no information about shipment/tracking. This listing was listed with NO SHIPPING or Local Pickup Only.
How does this work with your company when there will be no shipping/tracking information.
How do I mark this transaction as completed that the item was picked up, that there is no shipping information?
How does this all work?

Usually the buyer is provided a QR code that you can scan when they pick the item up to confirm delivery. Otherwise, you should be able to mark the item shipped from the Orders page and hope the buyers leaves you feedback soon.
However, since eBay considers you a new seller, this may be a typical 21 day selling hold. You can check on it here:

If you didn't get the QR code from the buyer, the funds will be held for 21 days.

the QR code the buyer gets needs to be scanned at pickup by you...this all done via the mobile app. Never used it but people say it's pretty easy.

eBay has a new system that issues the buyer a QR code that you the seller then upload onto your smartphone via the eBay app.
The downside of this system is that it requires the seller to actually own a smartphone and then if they do it then requires the seller to download the eBay app, which in my opinion is a POS.
Your mileage may vary.

Here's an eBay help page that should explain everything about local pickup procedures:
P.S. Just a thought, but you might want to make sure you already have information like this before you post a listing.

I only take in person payment when people pickup the items in person.
Then I don't have to deal with the eBay nonsense.
