How to make a default option for countries to which I do not ship?

Every time I post a new listing on eBay I have to manually mark all the countries I don't ship to, when everything else related to shipping is indeed saved for me. I wanted to know how I can that in every product that I publish, the information of the countries that I do not ship to will also be saved?

Go to your shipping preferences page @uniqueelectronicsa and set up exclusions at the account level. Those exclusions will apply to all of your listings.
