How to handle a scam

Greetings,

Over the summer I bought what was sold to me as an authentic Snes Classic Edition, which I received but couldn't test before needing to move out from the place I was staying at for university. Having returned and finally testing it out today, I found out that I was scammed and was sold a knockoff. Is there anything I can do?

Ebay gives you thirty days to file a case - you're well past that time.

Your only hope is to file through Paypal or your credit/debit card. Paypal allows 180 days from the date of sale to file a case. Hopefully you're not past that.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.
