Hello all,
Over the last few weeks I have been experiencing extreme delays with USPS. I had one group of packages not get processed and sent out for 4 days after drop off and another group go out to their destinations then return back here then go back out. Cases have now started to be opened and I feel helpless. This is all out of my hands, as I have done my part on shipping the item quickly after purchase. How do you all handle and deal with shipped items that are delayed by USPS. I wish I could just dump their service at this point, but my prices would no longer be competitive for smaller items.
