I'm from Mexico and I've been buying items on eBay since 2016, everything went OK but about a year ago I'm not receiving any package from China sellers (and from other countries as well). There are many people in Mexico complainig about the same problem, it seems packages are lost (stolen) sometimes by Customs and sometimes by Mexican Post employees.
I went to my local Post Office and they said items from China use to get lost because they send them by Ordinary Mail and that the tracking number they provide doesn' t work on Mexico so no-one knows where, when or why packages get lost...
So lately I'm asking sellers if they can send items by Certified Mail to ensure they will be delivered but all chinese sellers say they don't send items that way :'( I know I would have to pay more for that and that's not a problem, all I want is to receive items that are not available in my country, that's the reason I like to buy on eBay. I think chinese don't understand what I mean with "Certified Mail" Do you know how chinese call that? How other way could I ensure my items to be delivered?
