How to get a replacement

I’ve opened a return request as it seemed the only relevant option. I received a bin with a damaged lid; all I want is a replacement lid to be sent.

The seller has accepted my return request and the return ‘label’ looks nothing more than their address.

So now I’m faced with paying p&p for a very large bin.

Seller isn’t responding to any direct messages in which I’ve asked for just a lid to be sent to me.

I’m unable to message them through the resolution centre as, as far as eBay is concerned, the buyer has authorised the return and now the ball is in my court.

can anyone help!

How to get a replacement

You only have 8 days to return the bin @rebe_legg but your seller has cleverly left you dangling. Go to eBay Help http://ebay.co.uk/help/ebay/for/suckers?id=4035 jump to the bottom, click Chat with us, and tell eBay to escalate your return request.

 

eBay will either issue a prepaid return label and your refund after return, or force a refund, no return needed.
