How to get FedEx eBay rates to show on listing calculator?

Does anyone know how to get the FedEx eBay discounted rates to show on a listing calculator?

I never use FedEx, but have 1 item with interest that is 14x14x14" and 12 Lbs gross.

FedEx Ground/Home Delivery would be cheapest by far, but I've tried to add it (and revise revise) several times, and it still only shows the FedEx Retail rates on the updated listing.

When I select from the Calculator, I make sure eBay Rates is checked.

What am I doing wrong here  - it's making me crazy this morning

I am aware of the FedEx overcharge complaints, but thought I'd try it this one time. If I enter the box dimensions and weight correctly, shouldn't that cover it?
