Shipping two items from US to UK. The buyer paid the item and shipping selected is "eBay International Standard Delivery" but it is still asking me to fill out the custom forms.
I sold two items.
1st item is a 3D printed item so hard plastic.
2nd item is metal decorative pins in a shadow box frame.
This is my first time with HS tariff codes and I am confused on what tariff codes to use. I want to be accurate and not get in trouble with customs. The 2nd item is tricky because it is one product but metal decorative pins are different objects than shadow box frame. I am debating to use the HS tariff code for the pins or the box frame because it is all in one product.

If you ship by eBay International Shipping (EIS), eBay will make those determinations on your behalf -- so you don't need to do all that homework -- eBay will prepare any necessary Customs forms.

If you are curious about it, you can try Harmonized Tariff Schedule

Might have problems getting the fake 3D printed items through customs.

The buyer has already paid the item. The shipping selected is the "eBay International Standard Delivery" but it is still asking me to fill out the custom forms.

Is there a restriction on 3D printed items?

Thanks. It is confusing because the buyer has already paid the item. The shipping selected is the "eBay International Standard Delivery" but it is still asking me to fill out the custom forms.

There is when you 3D print items and call them Pokemon and Nintendo items.

Shipping International Standard, you do have to fill out the customs forms.
If it was shipping Ebay International, Ebay takes care of the customs forms.

ebay's International standards shipping is not the same thing as using eBays' International Shipping Program. As Ken points out, if you are enrolled in EIS program, eBay will take care of all the forms. If you use international standard shipping method you are independently shipping to the UK and must fill out the forms on each package/item
