As an eBay seller, I sold and sent an item through UPS and insured it. The item was broken and I need to file a claim with UPS. The UPS website wants my account number it was sent with. Where do I find that on my eBay Seller account? Or is there a better way to file a claim. I have already given the seller a full refund and need to be refunded by UPS since it was insured.
