Before we assess... what are the differences in the two? 🤔

Obviously there must be something different as when I click add return policy to a packing slip it is not the same as my return "business policy".

No place to edit it via the packing slip either. I'm thinking it must be the listing return policy? But I can't find how to edit that either.

Wow, I just spent the last 30+ minutes with an eBay CS agent that could not have been more unfamiliar with shipping on eBay. I finally had to leave as my head was hurting. That's totally unacceptable. Just venting. Anyone from eBay reading(I know you do) here look up my chat transcript. She is not doing eBay staff members any favors and is a waste of support money. I use to set-up call centers for one of the largest companies in the world. Trust me on this one. And she appears to be in the states. And by all means, do not allow her to staff at any suicide help lines. 😮

I would not bother. Chances are you have not had one buyer ever actually read the packing slip/manifest, and IF they read the packing slip, it was probably merely to look at what the item was that they could not remember ordering or perhaps they have 19 items incoming and have no idea what is in the box you sent.
It is not worth the effort. I just print the packing slip as-is and toss it in with the order as a matter of process.
