We are trying to create a shipping promotion that gives a buyer free shipping if they purchase a minimum total dollar amount AND a certain quantity. Such as: free shipping if you spend $25 and buy two items. I see the option to set minimum dollar amount or the minimum quantity but I would like it to be both. I have seen sellers offering both. Can anyone please help?

Can you post an item number of a seller that has both settings in place?
Because from what I can see, sellers are restricted to either min purchase amount or min purchase quantity when setting up a shipping discount - cannot select both settings on the same promo.

Thank you for your response!

this seller charges $4.99 shipping for all of their items. And add $1.00 for each additional item. However if you add two or more items to your cart that total over $20 you will see it show the promo in the cart as free shipping on 2 or more items totaling over $20. They have single items in their store that are over $20 and they still are 4.99 shipping. But as soon as you add another item it becomes free shipping. Please let me know if you can figure this out. I am still trying to decide what shipping model to go with and this is one of the biggest sellers in the market that I am starting to get in to.

What you want to do is set up a promotional shipping rule on this page: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Sorry, I initially thought you wanted to set up a shipping promotion through promotions manager (for eBay Stores).
