How to create a one-page "manifest" of all items shipping out, for easy acceptance scan?

I need to know the steps for creating a ....I can't remember the actual word so I'll just say manifest ....where all the labels you have bought for shipping out on a given day can be summarized on one page, with a single bar code that my mailman can scan and it will make all my pickup packages show as accepted right then.   I know this exists but don't know where/how to do it.  I buy my labels through Ebay, and don't know if I can create one of these there, or have to copy-paste the individual tracking numbers over to USPS website or what.  I would be fine with it being a bit of a hassle, as anything would be better than my buyers (and Ebay) thinking I haven't sent an item for days after buying the label, which is happening a lot now because of Christmas traffic.  Just two things (to save anyone time to say this): I can't take packages in person to make them scan in front of me; I have health problems so I can't stand in line holding a bunch of things.  Also if creating the manifest involves using the Bulk Shipping page on Ebay, eesh, I don't know because I always have trouble with that thing; it doesn't even offer Flat Rate labels, which I use a lot.

You need to use the Bulk Shipping Option  https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk/print/  You need to open this before you purchase any labels. There should be a list of all the items you need to ship. Enter all the weights , dimensions, etc, for all the items. Purchase the labels. If you use a 4x6 thermal printer, you need to change the settings before you print. there should be an option on middle right side. After you purchase the labels, print out the labels and packing slips. You will notice on the top of the page you will see a box that says Print USPS Scan Form. Click this, another screen comes up that says Generate. Click this and a new page will show the latest Scan forms. Pick the one with the current date and print. This is the form you give to the Postman or Post Office. BE CAREFUL. MAKE SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY DONE. ONCE LABELS ARE PURCHASED, YOU CANNOT EDIT THE LIST. I messed up a weight on an item and that ruined the whole bulk shipping list. You cannot change once purchased. I had to cancel label and repurchase rendering the scan form useless. That is unless I find a way to edit.

You can use the bulk shipping throughout the day. Just renew the bulk shipping link and any new purchases will show up. Wait until the very last minute to generate the scan form to include all shipping from that day.

Thank you so much.  I just checked and apparently there IS a way to buy a Flat Rate label on there; I could swear it wasn't available on the Bulk page before, but maybe I just didn't try hard enough.  Now, I usually only weigh a small portion of my items because most I send Flat Rate (bulk mixed jewelry) so the weight isn't necessary.  I can adjust and do it each time if it would mean not being accused of waiting to ship.  But about that, I posted my question on another online board, and the only person who replied who even seemed to know what I was talking about said don't bother, because it ISN'T like having each label's bar code scanned, won't make a difference in tracking, won't create a date/time stamp showing when they accepted it -they said they learned this the hard way, but were kind of ambigious about what DOES happen.  Said it only "says" received, doesn't say accepted.  I asked if they mean you'll see an actual line item in the tracking that says received (because that would be fine with me, at least proof that I didn't just have the package sitting in my kitchen or whatever).  But they haven't replied, nor has anyone else jumped in unfortunately.

Hi Gurlcat, I wanted to know if you found the bulk manifest format helpful. I can't get my local carrier to scan my items when picked up, so I am thinking of trying the manifest as a way of enticing them to do their job. Nothing else seems to work and I have missing orders all over the country

Yes, absolutely do it.  Put it on top and a little bit in-front-of your packages, to make sure he knows it's there, LOL.  That sheet has been scanned every time I use it, even when there are substitute carriers.
