I have a buyer who might have switched an item and then left negative feedback and an item which was damaged in shipping, so I need to contact probably feedback removal.
I’ve always just called eBay about issues, but whenever I have tried recently, I get something along the lines of “offices are closed”. Are the phones ever answered now, and, if so, what is the best number to use?
I have seen people suggest that people have eBay call them through the “help” option, but I have tried and tried to figure out where this option is and just can’t find it and I am unclear which help and where people are referering to.
I feel pretty stupid for not being able to solve this, but would someone be kind enough to walk me through exactly how to contact eBay by phone right now? Like I know I need to talk to feedback removal, but how do I get an individual on the phone with the steps required to make this happen explained very simply and straightforwardly?
Like if only option right now is to eBay call me through the “help,” which help and where is this help at? Then which thing do I select once I get to this for feedback removal? Then where is have eBay call you option?
like something like:
help located at this place on ths page>select this thing exactly where for help with feedback removal as reason>select exactly where to have eBay contact me
or something like this.
I have ave a lot of anxiety and adhd issues and a lot of stress and for some reason flare up of these issues and ebays system are defeating me right now, so any assistance about how to get a representative on the phone would be greatly appreciated.

Start at the top of the page and click on Help & Contact.
Find what's closest to your issue and continue to follow the prompts.
OR
Continue to scroll down and I believe there are additional options to reach Ebay lower on the page.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic eBay has severely curtailed their CS agent's availability. It appears that they have basically closed their call centers and have a few agents working from home. In other words, they stopped taking incoming phone calls for anything except security problems.
That said, the ability to ask for a call back seems to be limited to certain topics and hours of operation. Feedback removal isn't one of their priority topics so about the best your going to get is opening a Chat session at the bottom of this page.
Good luck.

I tried this, but I still do not see a way to speak to an agent on the phone, or even to have eBay call me. One issue I am having is item was damaged in shipping and customer is super nice, but accidentally opened a return request. I just need to speak to a rep on the phone, but still can not find a way to make this happen
I apologize if I am just being dumb about this, but I am on the autism spectrum and procedural things can be very stressful and difficult for me and things have to be very, very clearly explained sometimes.

thank you so much for your advice with this, I will attempt this. But my second issue is item was damaged in shipping and customer is super nice, and in trying to help me find a way to talk to a rep for a possible insurance claim (yes they are this nice), they accidently asked for a judgement against me.
again, I am autistic spectrum and very simple procedural things can cause me massive stress and defeat me, and I just want to know how to talk to a rep on the phone about this because it’s just pretty easy for me to explain by talking and my experience before covid is that this would not be a difficult issue if I could talk to a human on the phone
