How to charge for reshipping when buyer does not update address

How can you bill the buyer when he does not update his address and the package comes back undeliverable and you have to reship to him?

I just make a listing for the shipping

"Shipping for Joe Customer" and the amount....

then "Mark as Shipped" when paid and you reship the item......

(that's what I have done)

You could partial refund and relist I suppose (keep the original shipping for your trouble)
