This is my first post on eBay so be gentle lol.
I did some Googling and can’t figure out how to change the shipping label to 4 by 6 for thermal printing.
I need to know what exact page I go to and how to change the settings.
Thanks in advance

I had it working right before today but I just spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to get it to print on the same 4x6 printer I’ve been using for the last year. I must have hit every button. Ha i tried everything multiple times. I saved to pdf and took a snapshot like usual but it wasn’t working. I couldn’t get back to the page I’m seeing in these snapshots because I already purchased the label. I tried through chrome and edge and Adobe. I got close with Google Docs but not close enough. I searched and found this page and several others…none gave me options that worked. I even watched YouTube videos to figure it out. They didn’t help either. I finally found out when I changed the image to a jpeg it printed right. With no changes needed. I saved to pdf. I hit snapshot(or web capture by right click). I highlighted the whole label. Instead of copying for the 1000th time, I hit web search. It showed up on the right hand side. I clicked the little pic of my label and it came up with a Dropbox and I clicked save as. Then when I went to that file. I hit print and it printed out with no problem. I could have printed it on my regular printer but I was on a mission. There has to be an easier way to save as a JPEG but this is what I found after over 3 wasted hours.

@treasureshoppefinds You shouldn't be having all these problem nor need to use jpeg.
What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?
Is you browser set to open PDF files with Adobe?
Does the label preview look correct?

Good morning,
I was using windows which I have always used. I tried chrome and edge browsers. I’m using a comer label thermal printer as usual. Adobe is not my default but I did open with. The label preview was small on the page every time I tried anything until I printed it as a JPEG. And I tried almost everything. I usually use the Adobe acrobat but when I could not get that to work, I looked online and saw a video where he used Adobe reader and I even downloaded that specifically but it said the files were already on my computer. So I saved as a PDF as usual and then opened with adobe and highlighted and took a snapshot as usual. When I click to print the size was always off and I could not get it to fill up the 6 x 4 screen. No matter what I tried. I even went through Google Docs and got it almost big enough but not quite right. I tried Web capture as well and saved it but when I tried to print from the saved copy, that did not work either. It was very strange. They only thing I can think of, that changed at all, is that my computer ran some odd update right before that.
I am just going on now and it’s working. Like smoothly. I just tried it five times and every time it worked. What’s up…? this is blowing my mind. I can’t believe I wasted over 3 hours trying to get this to work. I guess I know from now on that I shouldn’t stress and try to figure out something thats not working. Just let it go and it will work itself out. If nothing else this was a life lesson. Ha Thank you so much for your willingness to help me. It means a lot.

Chrome and Edge can have issues, as they like to revert back to their built in readers. Ebay is a bit picky about using Adobe, especially with a thermal printer.
Firefox, I have found is most stable browser to use on ebay, but other browsers work too, just check they are set to open PDF files with Abode. Also best after any update of the browser, to also check Adobe is up to date.
You also will find that ebay updates sometimes will reset the ebay label format back to the half sheet, in which case you need to go back and reselect the proper format for your printer. Do this from the create label page, by looking to the right and clicking on Show More, and scrolling down to where the current label format is shown. If incorrect click on Change.
Any further problems, just come back with details. Screen Shots of the label preview will also help.

Hello there, Yes, It was probably a mixture of several of those things but now that I know about the show more before I create the label, I imagine that will greatly help. Thank you. Thank you. 🙂
