How to change the refund amount on the Returns page

Buyer has paid for item, but before I mail it out, he changes his mind and wants a refund.

I go to "Returns" on my Ebay page and it says refund due is $61, which does not include the shipping or tax. Remember, I still have the item. Never shipped it.

Total he paid was $76.15. How do I change that to refund him the $76.15?

If you haven't yet shipped the item, what is he going to return?  Did he request a cancellation of the transaction?

I have a similar question.

I sold a ring. I do not have that ring. I requested that the money be refunded. eBay refunded all but $4.13 which was their fees. I still owe the customer the $4.13. How do I return to them the final value fee to my customer?
