You can't, if your buyer wants the item shipped you would need to cancel the transaction and relist with a shipping option. Before you cancel you need to let your buyer know what your going to do.

If they have not paid yet you may be able to send them an Invoice and add a Shipping option to the invoice.

Other way is you can purchase the shipping from someone other than eBay. If you do this make sure they give you the pickup code.

as mentioned, if you can't add shipping to an invoice, tell the buyer you need to cancel this order and relist (makea sell similar WITH shipping options) with the proper shipping parameters input to allow for shipping.

I think you can just use customer requested cancel, but I may be wrong....

It depends on whether you trust the buyer since you cannot upload a tracking number which is the proof that eBay would require to show delivery in the event the buyer claims an order was not received.

If you trust the buyer, just ship with another shipping app, such as PirateShip or through your own account with UPS or similar. If you want the buyer to pay for shipping, you will have to get the buyer to pay the shipping by invoicing the buyer through PayPal or another app. Basically you have to take the shipping component off of eBay.

If you don't trust the buyer you would have to cancel/refund/relist/ask buyer to repurchase to be most protected as others have mentioned.
