How to cancel prepaid label when it's marked as shipped.

Hi, 

Just sold a phone and I wanted to use the prepaid label feature but I didn't like the fact that it didn't require a signature.

I wanted to go to the post office and get it shipped independently. 

How do I undo marked as shipped so I can cancel the label and update it with the correct tracking number as my payment is held.

Because you're in the UK @recthree you are probably using Simple Delivery.

I haven't followed the process closely but @valueaddedresource may be able to help, or you can go straight to the UK forum for help. https://community.ebay.co.uk/

This is the US forum so our process is different.
